At our first session I will do more talking than sessions going forward. I will ask questions about you and your current struggles as well as your family, medical and social history to better understand what brings you to therapy.

Please take the time to complete the intake forms that you can either print out or I can send to you in a secure link to fill out online. This will allow us to make the most out of our first session.

The goal of the initial sessions is to learn as much about you as possible and identify what you are hoping to gain from therapy as well as starting the therapeutic relationship and assessing if we are a good fit. After gathering information and completing your initial assessment, I will provide feedback on what I think will be the most effective treatment for you, including therapy strategies and frequency of treatment.
